Represents the landward extent of moderate wave action associated with the projected future 1% annual chance (100 year) flood elevation. Assumes 72 inches sea level rise for Nassau County, Suffolk County and the Hudson River Valley north of New York City. These areas have water depths that would support a wave height expected to impart structural damage to residential development. Not available for New York City.
